For those with limited table top space we have a range of pedestal fryers designed to be either stand alone or as part of a run. They have added features of a hinged door for easy access to the drain tap and are supplied with a bucket and strainer. Our gas range of fryers perfectly compliment our electric range, they represent good value for money whilst at the same time provide quick warm up and excellent heat recovery times. These units are thermostatically controlled, have high limit thermostats and flame fail devices. Their tanks are "V" style mild steel and are heated by twin output burners, they and are available in both natural gas and LPG.
